A villa by definition on St. Barth can be a cozy one-bedroom bungalow or a palatial home with expansive in-and-outdoor living areas and multiple ensuite bedrooms, often housed in separate pavilions. Our portfolio of over 150 villas includes many in both categories and lots of options in-between.
The majority of St. Barth’s villas are strategically situated in the hillsides with panoramic views and delightful tropical breezes; they offer the ultimate in privacy. We also have some exceptional properties right on the beach and even charming pied à terres in the bustling little capital of Gustavia. Just let us know what would suit you.
Most villas have swimming or plunge pools and many have Jacuzzis as well. Kitchens are fully equipped and most standard amenities include TVs DVD and CD players, in-house safes and air conditioning and/or ceiling fans. Many villas include more upscale amenities like mini-gyms and spa areas, Surround Sound, home cinemas and office areas with fax machines and WiFi. Need something special at a villa…exercise equipment or baby furniture? We will arrange it for you.
The service does not stop there. Upon arrival in St. Barth you are met by a St. Barth Properties representative who will escort you to your villa and our office offers a full range of concierge services for your convenience. Daily maid service (with the exception of Sundays and French Holidays) is included with all villa rentals.

- All villas are priced in USD
- Villas are priced to include only the specific number of bedrooms that you require, allowing smaller parties to stay in larger villas at a reduced rate. Occupancy is limited to two persons per bedroom contracted but guests will have the exclusive use of the entire villa, just not access to the additional bedrooms.
- All villa prices are subject to an additional 5% Accommodation Tax and a 10% administrative fee (this reflects a 2.5% cash/check payment discount). All non cash/check payments subject to non-discounted administrative fee of 12.5%. Prices subject to change without notice.
- Value Season is April 16 through December 14. Take advantage of savings of up to 50%
