St Barth Properties’ Peg Walsh Once Again Honored by Condé Nast
St Barth Properties is pleased to announce that for the third consecutive year Peg Walsh, company president, has been honored by Condé Nast Traveler in the June issue’s Worldwide Guide to Affordable Villa Vacations. Consumer News Editor, Wendy Perin and her team rigorously vetted villa rental agents - many of whom were recommended by readers and staff - and just 50 made the cut and were included in Wendy’s Rolodex. Those selected met the criteria by offering friendly, high-touch service, representing unique properties that they personally and regularly inspect, and having an in-depth knowledge of their destinations with lots of insider tips to share. And as Condé Nast notes, Peg “knows St Barth backward and forward and thinks of absolutely everything”.

140 properties (low season, $1,000–$30,100; high season, $1,400–$36,200).
Overall portfolio: $$$
Walsh spends several months on the island each year and holds weekly cocktail parties for her clients at her full-service on-site office. She knows St. Barts backward and forward and thinks of absolutely everything, advising where to park at beaches, where to go for sunsets, where to buy the catch of the day, which grocery store to stop at en route to your villa from the airport. And since the store requires a one-euro deposit for a grocery cart, her airport greeters even provide a coin you can use (800-421-3396; pegwalsh@stbarth.com; stbarth.com).
